Sir Mark Hedley has been a High Court Judge (Family Division) since 2002, and was a Circuit Judge for 10 years before that. He is one of Britain’s leading family liaison judges.
Mr Justice Hedley, was called to the Bar, Grays Inn, in 1969. He was appointed a Recorder in 1988 and became a Circuit Judge in 1992. He has been a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Family Division, since January 2002
